1. ROLE IDENTIFICATION
Job Title: SALES AGENTS X3
2. JOB PURPOSE
To promote and sell the company's procurement products and services, identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth through effective sales and customer engagement activities.
3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Market and promote the company's procurement services to prospective clients.
· Generate sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and field visits.
· Conduct client presentations and explain the company's products and services.
· Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending business opportunities.
· Negotiate pricing and service terms within approved company guidelines.
· Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
· Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer needs.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.
· Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
· Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
· Perform any other duties assigned by Management

5. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum
· Grade 12 Certificate with 5 ‘O’ levels with credit or better in Mathematics and English
· Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Procurement and Supply, or a related field.
6. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
· Experience in procurement, supply chain, or business-to-business (B2B) sales will be an added advantage.
