Junior Innovations is looking for motivated, registered real estate agents from anywhere in Zambia to join the Yanga platform as sales and marketing officers. Whether you are based in Lusaka, Ndola, Kitwe, Livingstone, Chipata, or any other town or city — if you are registered with the Zambia Institute of Estate Agents (ZIEA) and know your local property market, we want to work with you.
About Yanga -Yanga is a modern property discovery platform connecting Zambians with verified, quality housing listings across the country. We are building a nationwide network of trusted real estate professionals to bring more properties onto the platform and ensure every listing meets our quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Scouting and sourcing new residential and commercial property listings in your local area
- Conducting on-site visits to verify listing accuracy, photos, and property details
- Onboarding landlords and property owners onto the Yanga platform
- Ensuring all listings meet Yanga's quality and accuracy standards
- Providing local market insights and property availability updates for your region
What We're Looking For
- Valid registration with the Zambia Institute of Estate Agents (ZIEA) — strict requirement, proof required
- Proven experience in property sales, rentals, or property management
- Strong knowledge of your local property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and able to work independently without supervision
- Smartphone with internet access for managing and uploading listings remotely
