We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our growing team.
KE KEY RESPONSIBILTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with organisational goals.
- Manage and grow HRLeverage Zambia’s social media platforms and website.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms including articles, blogs, newsletters, graphics, and videos.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Support business development initiatives and client acquisition through targeted campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing activities for the Zambia Job Expo and other corporate events.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, media houses, and stakeholders.
- Support sponsorship acquisition, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare press statements, media briefs, and communication materials for organisational events.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and KPIs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Professional qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Membership with a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in marketing, communications, public relations, business development, or related fields.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Experience in organising and promoting exhibitions, conferences, career fairs, or Job Expos.
- Experience working with corporate organisations, educational institutions, government agencies, and development partners.
- Demonstrated experience in event marketing, sponsorship engagement, and stakeholder management.
