Job Title: Recruitment Officer
Reports To: Human Resources Manager
Job Purpose
To manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and manpower administration to ensure effective staffing and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment and selection activities.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Allocate manpower numbers and support workforce reporting.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 2–3 years' experience in recruitment and HR administration.
- Valid ZIHRM practising licence.
