Be the face of Graceal Lounge. We need smart, energetic Waiters/Waitresses who sell food AND drinks.
You will:
- Greet, seat guests, take orders on POS, serve food/drinks within time
- Know the menu 100% — ingredients, allergens, what’s vegetarian
- Upsell: “Would you like a Mosi with that T-bone?”
- Clear/reset tables fast. Handle basic complaints professionally
- Work shifts including nights, weekends, holidays
- Be a resident of Chongwe
We need: Grade 12 certificate. Excellent English + Nyanja/Bemba. Smart appearance, great smile, works under pressure. Experience in restaurant/bar is an advantage.
