Ø Servicing and maintaining computer related equipment such as printers, projectors, web cameras and scanners.
Ø Deliver prepared training to users at site for new equipment and software.
Ø Ability to travel to remote sites as needed (scheduled or on demand).
Ø Installation of PC hardware.
Ø Check and maintain computer hardware such as mouse and keyboards.
Ø Install, configure and manage software and their functions according to specifications.
Ø Develop and maintain local networks.
Ø Maintain hardware and software inventory.
Ø Develop and maintain local networks.
Ø Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Ø Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes
Must be competent in Office Machine hardware repair and maintenance
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Full grade 12 certificate
- Certificate /Diploma in IT, Computer science with proven track record in a similar role-Added Advantage
- Minimum of 1 year hand on experience-Added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
