3. Performance Management
- Monitor employee performance.
- Conduct performance appraisals.
- Recommend promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
4. Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Manage salaries, wages, and employee benefits.
- Ensure payroll is processed correctly.
- Review compensation policies.
5. Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances and complaints.
- Promote a positive work environment.
- Resolve workplace conflicts.
6. Policy Development and Compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records.
7. Health and Safety Management
- Promote workplace health and safety.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate employee wellness programs.
8. Workforce Planning
- Assess staffing needs.
- Develop succession plans.
- Forecast future workforce requirements.
9. Disciplinary and Conflict Management
- Investigate misconduct cases.
- Administer disciplinary procedures fairly.
- Mediate disputes between employees.
10. Strategic HR Management
- Advise management on HR matters.
- Support organizational goals through effective people management.
