Job Purpose
The Station Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the fuel station while providing supervision, and mentorship to fuel attendants. The position requires a strong understanding of fuel station operations, customer service, safety procedures, cash handling, stock control, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Station Management
· Oversee the daily operations of the fuel station.
· Supervise fuel attendants, cleaners, cashiers, and other station staff.
· Allocate duties and prepare staff schedules and shifts.
· Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance.
· Ensure the station is clean, organised, and professionally presented.
· Maintain high standards of customer service.
· Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
2. Fuel & Stock Management
· Monitor fuel stock levels and daily fuel movements.
· Ensure accurate recording of fuel deliveries and sales.
· Conduct or supervise daily stock reconciliations.
· Monitor non-fuel products and station supplies.
· Report stock discrepancies, losses, or suspected irregularities to management.
· Ensure proper procedures are followed during fuel deliveries.
3. Health, Safety & Compliance
· Ensure strict adherence to fuel station health and safety procedures.
· Train staff on fire prevention and emergency response procedures.
· Ensure attendants use required personal protective equipment where applicable.
· Enforce the prohibition of smoking and other unsafe activities around fuel areas.
· Ensure emergency equipment, including fire extinguishers, remains accessible and properly maintained.
· Report accidents, incidents, spills, equipment faults, and safety concerns immediately.
· Ensure the station complies with applicable company and regulatory requirements.
4. Cash & Sales Management
· Monitor daily sales and cash-handling procedures.
· Ensure attendants issue correct receipts and maintain accurate records.
· Reconcile daily sales against fuel volumes and payment collections.
· Monitor station sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
· Ensure cash is handled and secured according to company procedures.
Requirements
· Grade 12 Certificate required.
· Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Operations, or a related field is an advantage.
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fuel station operations, preferably in a supervisory or management position.
· Previous experience training or supervising fuel attendants is highly desirable.
· Strong knowledge of fuel station safety and operational procedures.
· Good leadership and staff-management skills.
· Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
· Strong numerical and record-keeping abilities.
· Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
· Must be reliable, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.

Position: FUEL ATTENDANT TRAINER(3 POSITIONS)
Location: Copperbelt Province, Zambia

JOB SUMMARRY
The Fuel Attendant Trainer will train and coach Fuel Attendants on safe fuel handling, pump operations, customer service, cash handling, health and safety, and company procedures, ensuring employees are competent and able to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Conduct induction and practical training for new Fuel Attendants.
· Train employees on safe fuel dispensing, pump operations and fuel handling.
· Train staff on customer service, cash handling and payment procedures.
· Provide training on fire safety, emergency procedures and spill response.
· Ensure Fuel Attendants understand and follow company SOPs.
· Conduct refresher training and toolbox talks.
· Assess employee competence and identify training needs.
· Maintain training attendance, assessment and competency records.
· Monitor practical performance and provide coaching and corrective guidance.
· Report training outcomes and safety concerns to management.
· Conduct periodic competency assessments.
· Perform other duties assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Grade 12 School Certificate.
· Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Training, HR, Occupational Health and Safety, Petroleum Studies or a related field is an added advantage.
· At least 2 years' experience in fuel station operations, preferably as a Fuel Attendant, Station Supervisor or Trainer.
· Practical knowledge of fuel dispensing, safety and service station operations.
· Previous training or coaching experience is an added advantage.

SALES AND MARKETING INTERN

Job Purpose
The Sales and marketing Intern will support the sales and marketing team in promoting the company’s products and services, identifying potential customers, generating leads, and assisting with customer relationship management. The successful candidate should be energetic, confident, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment across the Copperbelt.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist the sales team in identifying and contacting potential customers.
· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the Copperbelt.
· Visit customers, businesses, shops, institutions, and potential clients as required.
· Support the preparation and delivery of product presentations to prospective customers.
· Make follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
· Assist in generating sales leads and converting leads into customers.
· Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups.
· Assist with preparing quotations, sales reports, and other sales documentation.
· Support promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS
