JM Turnkey Construction is hiring a Clerical Office Admin Assistant to support our Senior Projects & Operations Manager—so our team can stay focused on delivery, growth, and revenue.

Why this role matters

When receipts and admin tasks are handled late, everything slows down—finance, compliance, and project momentum. Our assistant helps keep operations running smoothly with fast, accurate support.

You’ll be responsible for:

Using Microsoft Office daily to manage admin workflows and documentation

Logging, filing, and archiving receipts and documents across sites

Capturing information promptly to support accurate and up-to-date reporting

Staying computer-literate and trainable (hands-on onboarding provided)

What we need from you

Minimum G12 and tertiary secretarial training / Business Administration / similar (or equivalent study focus)

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Computer literate and comfortable working with administrative systems

Trainable: no prior experience required—we’ll train you
