Compassion International is a Christian child and youth development organization that aims to positively impact the long-term development of children living in poverty globally. The organization’s mission is ‘Releasing children from poverty in Jesus’ name’. Compassion International was established in 1952 and currently operates in 29 countries in Africa, Asia, Central America, and the Caribbean. Compassion International takes a holistic approach to child development, combining physical, social-emotional, and spiritual care. The organization conducts all its work in partnership with local Evangelical churches. Compassion International operates in Zambia, in Central, Copperbelt, Eastern and Lusaka Provinces, as a registered entity under the name Compassion International Zambia since 1st March 2023.
Compassion International Zambia (CIZM) invites eligible, reputable, and qualified suppliers, contractors, and service providers to express their interest for inclusion in its supplier database for the provision of goods and services across its operations in Zambia.

Eligibility Requirements
Interested applicants should submit the following:
- Letter of Confirmation and Acceptance of CIZM eligibility requirements found in the invitation to tender
- Company Profile detailing relevant experience and service offerings.
- PACRA registration documents.
- Proof of physical business address. (CIZM reserves the right to conduct a site visit for verification purposes).
- Certificate of Incorporation/Registration.
- Valid TPIN Certificate.
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Relevant Statutory Licenses and Certifications e.g NCC, EIZ, ZICA, ZIHRM, LAZ, e.t.c.
- At least three references for similar services provided within the last three years.
- Evidence of capacity to deliver the required goods and/or services
Submission Instructions
- All current vendors providing goods and/or services to CIZM are required to apply for registration and submit all required documentation and information.

- Printed or hard-copy submissions will not be considered.
CIZM does not charge any application, registration, or processing fees for supplier registration. Suppliers are advised to be cautious of any requests for payment purportedly made on behalf of CIZM. Any form of canvassing, solicitation, or attempt to influence the supplier registration process will result in automatic disqualification.
