JOB OPPORTUNITY – CHEF
Mika Lodge Limited invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of CHEF.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present quality meals in line with established standards.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Ensure proper food storage and minimise wastage.
- Monitor kitchen stock and report shortages.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of meals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Certificate or Diploma in Food Production/Culinary Arts.
- Relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Reporting To: Sous Chef.
