• Is a problem-solver who constantly thinks of ways to improve foot traffic and customer satisfaction.

• Has strong event planning capabilities – corporate dinners, product launches, community events.

• Is fully conversant with social media platforms, influencer outreach, and content scheduling tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all marketing and branding efforts for Bravo Ndeke (restaurant + café + bakery + outdoor seating).

• Plan and execute corporate events, tastings, influencer activations, and in-store promotions.

• Design or manage the design of posters, flyers, menus, and branded content (digital + print).

• Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with consistent daily posts and engagement.

• Monitor daily performance (customer counts, event outcomes, sales trends) and report with insights.

• Work with store staff to ensure all operations align with the brand’s voice and quality expectations.

• Represent Bravo in public forums, exhibitions, and stakeholder meetings.
