We’re looking for a Software Engineer (Full-Stack) to join our team and contribute directly to building features that matter to businesses across Zambia and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable web and backend applications.
Collaborate with co-founders and the product team to deliver core ERP modules.
- Work with modern tools like Next.js, React, Convex, Appwrite, Hono, TypeScript, Go and Tailwind.
- Implement secure and efficient database structures (SQL/NoSQL).
- Participate in testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
- Explore and contribute to AI-powered features within the platform.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a full-stack developer (or strong frontend/backend with willingness to learn the other side).
- Solid skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React/Next.js.
Backend experience with Node.js, Express, Hono or backend-as-a-service tools (Convex, Firebase, Appwrite)
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Ability to work in a startup environment: self-driven, collaborative, and flexible.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS platforms, ERP systems or Payments systems.
- Knowledge of AI integrations (e.g., OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, MCP protocals).
- Familiarity with Zambian regulatory systems (ZRA, PACRA, NAPSA).
