Job Title: Indirect Sales Coordinator- Northern Region
Under the supervision of the SME Manager & Indirect Sales Northern, below are the Key Job Responsibilities;
- Delivers on agreed Indirect sales Monthly target through Indirect Channels (Service Centre’s/Connect & Container/TSE’s). Targets apportioned as per geographical and store location;
- Engages co-operatives and Associations for push on GA (SME sim cards) and activate GA Voice offers;
- Delivers on agreed Home Broadband targets (5G Leases/4G/Mifi) as per cascaded targets to Leads/DSA’s and offers to be activated on;
- Ensures frequent and consistent training for Team leads and SC Sales agents on MTN SME Products;
- Ensures compliance with all client documentation for on-boarding and submit to Backoffice for migration and filling;
- Ensures consistent and proactive engagements with Back-office controllers on validation of activated sales and reporting;
- Proactively Schedules of activations in business areas and Work in collaboration with other commercial unit (S&D, Marketing & Fintech) for any market storms;
- Ensures profitability by maximizing costs/benefit ratios;
- Identifies opportunities to generate additional revenue;
- Participates in the reporting of the Sales;
- Grows revenue portfolio for SME products;
- Reports on an ad hoc basis on specific projects, as required;
- Any other responsibilities or tasks as maybe assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
- Minimum of Degree or equivalent professional Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field;
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the telecom or sales sector;
