IT ASSISTANT
To provide support and assistance with computer hardware, software, networking systems & CCTV.
Key Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
- Manage Microsoft 365 email configurations, user setup, and basic troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot basic networking issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches,).
- Support endpoint security tools (Bitdefender/Sophos) and ensure compliance.
- Maintain asset inventory and update Snipe-IT/asset management systems.
- Knowledge in antivirus, endpoint security, and backup solutions.
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting with CCTV systems and biometric attendance devices.
- Provide on-site support to branches as and when required.
