Zimworx is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, hands-on experience with AR and AP, and the ability to manage financial processes efficiently. - Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes accurately and timely.
- Perform balance sheet and credit card reconciliations.
- Oversee acquisition accounting processes and support financial reporting.
- Maintain and optimize QuickBooks accounting system, including setup and ongoing management.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights for decision-making.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end close activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in AR and AP accounting.
- Strong accounting knowledge and hands-on QuickBooks expertise.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Experience with acquisition accounting processes.
- Familiarity with DataRails is a plus.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
