Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Chinese–English translation of various company documents, reports, contracts, emails, and other materials, ensuring accuracy, fluency, and correct use of terminology.
2. Provide interpretation services (consecutive or simultaneous) for meetings, business negotiations, and training sessions.
3. Assist different departments with external communication, document organization, and language support.
4. Translate and proofread promotional materials, website content, and official correspondence for external use.
5. Establish and maintain the company’s terminology database, translation templates, and document archives to ensure consistency and efficiency.
6. Conduct proofreading, grammar checking, and localization of foreign-language materials as needed.
7. Perform other language-related tasks assigned by supervisors.

5. Continuous Improvement – Continuously improve language proficiency and domain knowledge; stay updated on industry trends.
6. Quality Control – Participate in translation review, editing, formatting, and final approval to ensure professional output quality.
Qualifications (Optional)
1.Have HSK3 or HSK4 Certificate
2. Proficient in office software and familiar with common translation tools (e.g., Trados, MemoQ).
3. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and a spirit of teamwork.
