Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions and services.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Market Research:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and potential sales opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Operations Officer.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or related industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
