We are seeking a motivated Junior Digital Marketing / Social Media Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and has hands-on experience creating content, posting on social media platforms, and managing websites. Key Responsibilities
·Create digital designs for social media, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
·Create visually engaging content using Canva for social media, and other digital platforms.
·Schedule and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) following the content calendar.
·Graphic design and layout of in-store promotional material i.e. pamphlets, hand-outs etc.
·Social Media Management on all platforms
·Spearhead marketing events such as roadshows, exhibitions, and sales incentives
·Design, develop and implement marketing material, e.g. pamphlets, posters, leaflets etc
·Develop print materials, signage, and product displays aligned with brand guidelines
·Maintain and update the company website with new products and content
· Assist with general marketing administration and ad-hoc design tasks

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and with little supervision
Requirements
- Experience with Canva – creating graphics, social media posts, banners, etc.
- Social media management experience – posting, scheduling, and basic analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
