MANAGER SAFOZ Pub and Grill
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bar and restaurant operations.
- Maintain inventory and ensure the bar is well-stocked and clean.
- Create and update food and beverage menus.
- Plan staff schedules, supervise, and train team members.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and vendor relations.
- Plan and execute special events.
- Monitor sales, customer satisfaction, and overall performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bar or Restaurant Manager. (Minimum of 5 years of experience).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Solid understanding of hospitality operations and financial management.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or higher in Hotel and Restaurant Management is an added advantage.
STOCK CONTROLLER SAFOZ Pub and Grill
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS)
- Enter purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases
- Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed
- Track logistics and address any delays
- Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items
- Evaluate suppliers’ offers and negotiate profitable deals
- Coordinate regular inventory audits
- Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions)
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on movement of stock
Requirements
- Experience - minimum of 2 years
- Diploma or any qualification in purchasing and supply or any related field
- Must have skills in any other stock management system
- Must have the knowledge of stock control, month end stock taking and variance
- Must manage stocks, spares or any finished goods.
- Experience in procurement is an added advantage
Bartender SAFOZ Pub and Grill
Responsibilities
- Capable of preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Ability to prepare cocktails and cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
Requirements and skills
- Proven working experience as a Bartender (minimum of three years)
- Excellent knowledge in mixology, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
