Job Title: LEAD AGENTS
Responsibilities:
- Drive SIM and Device Registration: Actively manage and execute SIM registration and device management initiatives in the field.
- Lead Field Sales Operations: Spearhead sales activities in assigned territories, achieving and exceeding set targets.
- Recruit and Manage Teams: Take charge of CHAMP recruitment, training, and daily performance management.
- Supervise Agent Networks: Oversee and motivate a network of Super-Agents to maximize their productivity and sales output.
- Optimize Sales Points: Drive the monetization and performance of container, brick & mortar, and other sales outlets.
- Uphold Brand Standards: Ensure all field activities and points of sale adhere to MTN's branding guidelines, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A full Grade 12 certificate is mandatory.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a sales-driven role, with a verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in a team lead, supervisory, or field coordinator capacity is a distinct advantage. This includes experience in motivating a team, managing performance, or training others.
- Must be between 20-25 years old.
