We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resource Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Department, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This position is at our Kitwe office in the Copperbelt Province.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, and databases
- Manage recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication
- Prepare and distribute HR documents, such as contracts and policies
- Provide administrative support for employee onboarding and training
- Answer employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
