Job Purpose:
To collect, analyse, and interpret data to generate actionable insights that support Management, Sales, and Operations teams in making informed business decisions, optimizing processes, and driving organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets, and develop and maintain reports and data visualizations for Management, Sales and Operations teams.
• Support sales and operations teams for their daily reports and relevant applications. Troubleshoot issues with the applications – e.g., Salesforce automation app.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provide proactive actionable insights.
• Document methodologies, processes, and findings for reference and knowledge sharing.
• Field work will be partially involved.
Requirements
• Diploma in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working experience and at least one analytical tool (SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Proven experience of at least 1 year in data analysis or in a similar analytical role is preferable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
