Key Responsibilities:
• Support SMS Gateway API integration (OTP, customer notifications, transactional messages).
• Support Payment Gateway integration with local banks and payment providers, ensuring smooth repayment and disbursement processes.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining Call Center / IVR solutions, including system setup, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
• Review and execute technical documents and implementation plans from the central development team, ensuring successful local deployment.
• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for communication and payment systems.
• Coordinate with telecom operators, payment service providers, and external development team to resolve technical issues.
• Work closely with the International development team/ to ensure product stability and feature delivery.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT system integration, software development, or telecom/fintech solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SMS gateway (SMPP/HTTP APIs), payment gateway API integration, and call center/IVR solutions or any other related solutions.
• Experience in USSD menu development.
• Ability to read, understand, and execute technical documentation.
• Good knowledge of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and system troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English
Added Advantage:
• Experience in telecom operators, microfinance, digital banking, or fintech systems.
• Previous technical collaboration with telecom operators, banks, or payment service provider or call center vendors.
• Knowledge of IT compliance, security, and data protection.
