Job Purpose:
The Social Media Manager & Content Creator will lead the development and execution of Flambé by Vox’s online presence. This role involves creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and driving brand awareness through innovative digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the restaurant’s social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Create high-quality visual and written content (photos, videos, reels, and posts) that reflect the brand’s fine dining experience.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and collaborations to grow online engagement and visibility.
- Respond to followers, manage customer interactions, and maintain a positive brand image.
- Monitor analytics and provide performance reports to guide future strategy.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to align digital content with ongoing promotions and events.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, food photography styles, and digital storytelling best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong photography, videography, and graphic design skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
- Excellent writing, creativity, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and deliver on deadlines.
- Experience in the restaurant or hotel industry will be an added advantage.
