JOB PURPOSE:
To prudently manage the properties that are part of the Company’s portfolio across the country and ensure that all pending developments are completed.
MAIN DUTIES
- Ensure that the pricing of the rentals/occupancy prices is market related and ensures that all the properties remain performing assets.
- Ensure that all rentals or occupancy fees are collected when they fall due and that all outstanding debt is collected.
- Maintain a client register and perform property audits. Ensure effective and prompt screening of prospective tenants before lease offers are granted.
- Ensure all lease agreements are signed with clients and check updated valuation certificates.
- Ensure that all properties are managed and maintained with all records of maintenance works kept. Supervise all works to be undertaken on all the properties owned by the Business.
- Provide requested information to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance to Governing laws and the payment of all rates and statutory obligations.
- Ensure prudent financial management and that all expenditure is supported by a receipt and/or Invoice.
- Ensure that all tenants are issued with invoice before the end of the month.
