Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Remote Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for finding and converting new clients, building strong relationships, and meeting set sales targets.
Work Mode: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Part-Time)
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and contact potential clients via email, social media, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Reach a minimum of 150 client contacts per week.
- Meet and exceed a K10,000 weekly and K40,000 monthly new business sales target.
- Submit daily reports summarizing clients contacted and progress made.
- Work closely with management to hand over closed clients for project execution.
Compensation
- K1,000 monthly base pay
- 15% commission on all successful sales when either the weekly or monthly sales targets are met
Requirements
- Proven sales experience or relevant qualification.
- Access to a laptop or phone, reliable internet, and power supply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
