Position Overview

M31 is urgently seeking four (4) energetic and detail-oriented short-term staff to support the Business Development (BD) team in updating and expanding our Consultants Database.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and profile new consultants to grow the organization’s talent pool.
Update consultant CVs into the M31 standard format with accuracy and professionalism.
Communicate with consultants to request missing details, updated CVs, and additional documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

We need individuals who are:

High-energy and proactive.
Highly proficient in MS Word.
Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

· Recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
