About the role:
Our Client is looking for a human resources and administration assistant who supports the human resources and administration team to ensure a smooth and effective run of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day activities of the HR &Admin
- Assist with the recruitment and on-boarding process.
- Provide clerical and administrative duties to the Human Resources Manager
- Compile and update employee records
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Provide support for benefits and payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Key Knowledge and Skills:
- Level of Education - Minimum Diploma in any business-related field
- People Skills – Friendly & Courteous (Team Player)
- Self-Starter
- Integrity
- Confidentiality
- Effective communication
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs
- Good oral and written communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications/ Traits:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma in Business Administration
- ZIHRM Certification
Compensation:
The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
