1. Welders (3 Positions)
We are looking for a highly experienced and committed Welder to join our team. The successful candidate must have strong welding skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver top-quality work.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, prepare materials and perform fabrication tasks with precision using a variety of techniques
· Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures, frames, and components.
· Conduct quality checks to ensure welds meet required specifications and safety standards.
· Operate and maintain welding machines, grinders and related tools.
· Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and occupational health standards.
· Work effectively within a team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
· Diploma/Certificate Welding or Metal Fabrication.
· Minimum 1–3 years of proven working experience as a welder in a fabrication workshop or industrial environment.
· Knowledge of different welding procedures
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
· Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes.
· Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments.
· Good communication skills.
2. Roofers (4 Positions)
We are seeking highly experienced and committed roofers to join our team. The Successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail and must be able to install, repair, and replace various roofing systems, ensuring safety and quality.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Install/repair roofs
· Remove old materials & prepare surfaces.
· Cut & shape materials for precise fitness.
· Ensure all work meets safety & quality standards.
· Assess roof damage & provide input for estimates.
· Maintain a clean, safe worksite.
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of roofing processes and techniques
- Ability to lift heavy objects and must be physically fitness
- Good communication skills and must be able to work outside for long periods of time
- Competency with basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to work well with others
- Expert-level knowledge of up-to-date building codes and construction safety standards
· Trade certificate or equivalent roofing qualification is an added advantage.
· At least 1 year of experience in roofing, construction, or carpentry
3. Bricklayers (5 Positions)
Duties and Responsibilities
· Laying bricks, blocks, and pavers according to project specifications.
· Reading and interpreting building plans and blueprints.
· Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
· At least 1 year of hands-on experience in bricklaying and construction.
· Strong understanding of safety protocols.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· craft or trades certificate in Bricklaying and Plastering.
