We're looking for an experienced and skilled Hydraulic Workshop Supervisor to lead our hydraulic workshop operations. As part of our team, you'll oversee repairs, maintenance, and manufacturing activities, ensuring our clients receive top-notch quality and reliability.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide our hydraulic workshop team
- Plan and allocate tasks to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Conduct quality checks and inspections
- Manage inventory and order necessary parts and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments
- Ensure safety compliance and company policies
- Mentor and train team members
- Maintain accurate records and reports
What We Look For:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years' experience in hydraulic industry
- Proven technical expertise and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
