📚 The Role: Curriculum & Impact
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and learning across multiple curricula pathways, including:
- International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP): Teaching at HL/SL level in their area of specialism.
- Cambridge International Education: Teaching IGCSE and A-Level Sciences and Mathematics.
- Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ): Integrating and delivering the Zambian curriculum.
- Fostering a challenging, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes inquiry-based learning and critical thinking.
✅ Essential Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant Science or Mathematics field (or Education equivalent).
- A recognized Teaching Qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., QTS, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience teaching the specified subjects to IGCSE, A-Level, or IBDP students.
- Proven ability to integrate technology effectively into the teaching and learning process.
- A commitment to the holistic development of students, including active participation in co-curricular activities and the school community.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
