To drive business growth and efficiency by developing strategies, managing local market execution, leading high-impact projects (from rider/merchant acquisition to process optimization), and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, & Data Science teams, using deep data analysis to find solutions and improve user/partner experience in the dynamic, on-demand space.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop business strategies for growth (riders, merchants, delivery), optimize operations, and design new solutions for complex problems.
Project Management: Lead initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring delivery on key metrics and aligning stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance data (often using SQL) to identify issues, build models, and inform decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support to align priorities and execute initiatives.
Process Optimization: Streamline operations, build scalable tools, and improve experiences for riders, couriers, and merchants.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with local teams, external partners (like driver fleets), and potentially union interactions.
