JOB ADVERTISEMENT – EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER
Sante City Academy Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified, dedicated, and motivated individuals to fill the position of EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) Certificate
- Must be familiar with and able to effectively implement the New Zambian Curriculum
- Minimum of a EARLY CHILDHOOD DIPLOMA
- Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
- Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Applicant must be residing within a 5-kilometer radius of Sante City Academy (Chudleigh area)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons in line with the New Zambian Curriculum
- Assess, record, and report pupils’ academic progress
- Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
- Participate in school programs, meetings, and other assigned duties
