SPECIAL NEEDS EDUCATION TEACHER
Key Responsibilities
- Teach and support learners with special educational needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Adapt teaching methods and learning materials to meet individual learner needs.
- Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with parents, specialists, and school management.
- Promote an inclusive, safe, and supportive learning environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Special Needs Education or a related field.
- Registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ).
- Experience working with children with special needs is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy.
SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHER
Key Responsibilities
- Teach assigned secondary school subject(s) in line with the national curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments.
- Assess learner performance and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain effective classroom management.
- Participate in school activities and professional development.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Education (Secondary).
- Major in the subject(s) applied for.
- Registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ).
- Previous teaching experience is an added advantage.
