JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics operations, ensuring efficient supply chain management and timely delivery of goods.
· Safely transport Site Materials
· Drive Staff to and from scheduled appointments, events, and meetings.
· Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, conducting regular inspections and address minor issues promptly.
· Plan efficient routes to ensure punctuality and comfort during travel.
· Assist with loading and unloading items as needed.
· Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
· Uphold high levels of confidentiality and discretion
· Communicate effectively with the company staff to coordinate schedules and travel arrangements.
· Adhere to traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and Materials.
· Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate service appointments as required.
· Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
· Basic Mechanical routine maintenance will be an added advantage
QUALIFICATIONS
· Valid Manual Driving License.
· Holder of driver's license class C/Ce
· Minimum of 3 years driving experience.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
· Punctuality and reliability are crucial for this role.
· Proven experience as a Truck driver.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Knowledge of road safety and basic vehicle maintenance.
· Minimum Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
· Reliable and professional with a clean driving record.
