RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Recruitment and hiring: Assist in drafting job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and processing new hire paperwork.
· Employee record management: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
· Training and development: Help coordinate training sessions and administer related activities.
· Employee Relations: Assist with handling employee requests, grievances, and disciplinary procedures, and help maintain positive employee relations.
· Onboarding and off-boarding: Support the integration of new employees and the processing of departing employees
· Administrative support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with projects as needed.
· Data and reporting: Compile and analyze HR data, and generate reports to support decision making.
· Ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements
