Sales Supervisor – Bancassurance, Marketing, Affinity & Training

👤 Reports to: Head of Business Development – Retail
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise bancassurance telesales agents, affinity channels, DSA trainings, and stakeholder activities
- Develop and implement retail bancassurance strategies to drive channel growth
- Review performance and ensure targets and volumes are achieved
- Coordinate and deliver training, ensuring sales teams have updated product and sales knowledge
- Track training progress and facilitate workshops/role-plays to build sales skills
- Prepare sales presentations and client-focused proposals
- Identify new affinity marketing opportunities to grow retail and corporate business
- Provide admin support: reports, campaign tracking, sales forecasts
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support strategy improvement
- Support marketing activities across all departments
- Promote and uphold the Liberty Life brand and values
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 4–6 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience in marketing campaigns, sales support, or corporate events
- Training or sales facilitation experience is an added advantage
