Job Purpose
To manage and supervise route patrol operations at toll plazas, ensuring road safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies, concession requirements, and applicable Zambian labour and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily route patrols at all toll plazas.
- Ensure accurate completion, verification, and submission of patrol reports.
- Compile and submit monthly route patrol reports within five (5) days after month-end.
- Supervise route patrol drivers, attendance, and performance.
- Conduct quarterly vehicle inspections for roadworthiness, insurance, and road tax compliance.
- Administer quarterly driving assessments for toll plaza drivers.
- Promote compliance with occupational health, safety, and traffic regulations.
- Perform other lawful duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Grade 12 School Certificate (full certificate)
- Diploma or Degree in Transportation Management or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ driving experience
- 3 years’ experience in road patrol or vehicle/fleet management (added advantage)
