Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Motorbike Operations & Rider Support Officer to support the day-to-day management of our electric motorbike fleet and riders. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations, proper motorbike registration, rider compliance, and effective use of our battery swap stations.
You will work closely with riders, educate them on correct procedures, monitor performance, and ensure all operational standards are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Register electric motorbikes and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Oversee daily motorbike operations and rider activities
- Educate and train riders on:
- Battery swapping procedures
- Payment processes for battery swaps
- Proper use and operation of battery swap stations
- Monitor and supervise riders to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies
- Track rider performance and report operational issues
- Act as the main point of contact between riders and operations management
- Ensure bikes and swap stations are used responsibly and reported issues are addressed promptly
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to supervise and manage multiple riders effectively
- Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn electric motorbike operations
- Good organizational and reporting skills
- Comfortable working in the field and interacting with riders daily
Added Advantage
- Valid motorcycle license (highly advantageous)
- Previous experience in fleet management, logistics, transport operations, or rider supervision is a plus
