STOCK CONTROLLER

The Stock Controller will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling stock movements to ensure accurate inventory records, proper storage, and timely availability of stock across company depots and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, issue, and record stock movements accurately.
Maintain up-to-date inventory records and stock registers.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
Investigate and report stock variances, losses, or damages.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of stock.
Prepare stock reports and submit them to management on time.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
Support audits by providing accurate stock documentation.
Zero tolerance to stock variances
Supervise warehouse staff and logistics

Qualifications & Experience

Degree or Diploma in Stores Management, Purchasing & Supply, Logistics, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in stock control or warehouse management.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with stock or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
