We Are Hiring | Base Camp Manager
📍 Project Site – Sinazongwe District, Southern Province, Zambia.
Ezra Enterprise is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Base Camp Manager to support operations at our construction project site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of base camp operations, including catering services, housekeeping, accommodation logistics, inventory control, and staff welfare. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of maintaining high operational, hygiene, and safety standards in a remote site environment.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in camp management, mining/construction site camps, or hotel/lodge operations
- Strong experience in inventory management and cost control
- Proven leadership and team supervision skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote project setting
