Job Summary
The Field Agent is responsible for recruiting new clients to join the company’s platform, promoting and explaining the company’s products and services, and providing training and support to ensure clients can effectively use the platform. The role also involves assisting clients with troubleshooting issues and maintaining strong relationships with users in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new clients to the company platform.
- Explain the platform’s products and services to potential clients.
- Assist clients with account registration and setup.
- Provide training to clients on how to use the platform and its features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical or usage issues experienced by clients.
- Serve as the main contact between the company and clients in the field.
- Follow up with clients to ensure they are actively using the platform.
- Collect feedback from clients and report issues or suggestions to management.
- Maintain accurate records of recruited clients and field activities.
- Submit regular reports on recruitment, training sessions, and client support activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer support, or field operations is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of mobile apps or digital platforms.
