Sale & Marketing Manager
Looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the hotel's revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and relationship management.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hotel sales, accommodation bookings, conferences, and events, with a proven ability to grow occupancy and attract corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase hotel revenue.
- Drive room sales, corporate bookings, conferences, and events business.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
- Promote the hotel across digital platforms, corporate networks, and tourism channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage and track sales pipelines, proposals, and client contracts.
- Work closely with operations and reservations teams to ensure excellent client experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support pricing and positioning.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales and marketing.
- Experience selling accommodation, conferences, events, and corporate packages.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and online booking channels.
- Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
