The Planning Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing strategic and operational plans to ensure the organization achieves its business objectives efficiently. This role coordinates planning activities across departments, analyzes data and forecasts, and ensures that resources, projects, and operations are aligned with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic and operational planning processes.
- Coordinate planning activities across different departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze data, trends, and forecasts to support effective decision-making.
- Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and operational plans.
- Prepare reports and planning forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in Strategic Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in planning, operations, business analysis, or strategic management.
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with planning and data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
