The Role at a Glance
- Location: 100% Remote
- Duration: 6-Month Contract
- Probation Period: 3 Months
- Remuneration (Probation): Purely Commission-based
- Remuneration (Post-Probation): K1,000 Base Salary + Commission (Based on performance review)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social selling.
- Present and promote our solutions to prospective customers via virtual meetings and digital channels.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and customer interactions.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on market trends and customer needs.
