Mission
To provide analytical and operational support to the Human Resource (HR) function by managing HR data, ensuring policy compliance, and optimizing HR processes. The role delivers accurate, timely reports that support data‑driven decision‑making and drive operational efficiency. It focuses on enhancing accuracy, improving HR workflows, and supporting employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives across the organization.
Core Responsibilities:
·Maintains accurate employee records in the Human information system (HRIS) and ensures data integrity across all Human Resource (HR) datasets;
·Supports payroll by validating payroll inputs, reconciling data, and ensuring timely submission of accurate information;
·Ensures compliance with labour laws, company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards;
·Prepares monthly HR dashboards, headcount reports, and trend analyses to support decision making;
·Identifies gaps, streamlines HR workflows, and recommends process improvements to enhance efficiency;
·Supports employee wellness initiatives and tracks staff participation and programme impact;
·Monitors turnover trends and assists in implementing talent development and retention initiatives.
·Tracks engagement scores and supports the implementation of culture‑building activities;
·Provides HR operations support across the employee life cycle, including onboarding, off boarding, and general HR service delivery;
·Ensures secure handling of HR data and supports system updates, audits, and management of user access controls;
Candidate Requirements:
·Grade twelve (12) Certificate with 5 credits or better including English and Mathematics;
·Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
·Experience: 2–4 years in HR operations or HR analytics;
·Competencies: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, proficiency in HRIS and MS Excel, and knowledge of labor laws and compliance;
·Skills: Data analysis, reporting, process optimization, and stakeholder management;
·Ability to maintain accurate HR data, generate reliable reports, and ensure full compliance with approved HR policies.
