SECURITY OFFICER – HUNTLEY FARM (X40)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment and access points.
• Obtaining help by sounding alarms
• Preventing loss and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of the company policies and procedure, restraining trespasses.
• Making rounds to check doors and other access points are properly secured
• Monitoring closed-circuit security feeds to identify potential threats.
• Denying entry to unauthorised people
• Providing entry to authorised people.
• Questioning and detaining people who enter the premises without authorisation.
• Ensuring the security, safety and wellbeing of all personnel, visitors and the premises.
• Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues.
• Checking the load for wastage disposal vehicle and prepare a gate pass for wastage disposal vehicle.
The Required Qualifications are:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Experience in Similar Field
- Minimum 2 years security experience

• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to act calmly and with composure in difficult situations
