We are a reputable and growing company in the motor industry seeking to recruit suitably
qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals to fill the following positions:
1. PARTS SALES EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Promote and sell motor vehicle parts to new and existing customers
➢ Provide accurate quotations and follow up on sales leads
➢ Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
➢ Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores to ensure product availability
➢ Achieve set sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements:
➢ Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Automotive Engineering, or
related field.
➢ Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in parts sales or inventory management, preferably in the
automotive industry.
➢ Experience in inventory management systems (e.g., SAGE, ERP systems) is an added
advantage.
➢ Has a valid driver’s licence
➢ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
➢ Proficiency in basic computer applications
2. DRIVER
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Transport goods, staff, and/or clients safely and efficiently
➢ Ensure proper handling and delivery of vehicle parts and equipment
➢ Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any faults
➢ Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle
➢ Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and deliveries
Requirements:
➢ Minimum of 5 years’ driving experience in a corporate or commercial environment
➢ Valid driver’s license (appropriate class)
➢ Good knowledge of local routes and road safety regulations
➢ Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
➢ Defensive driving certification is an added advantage➢ Valid Passport
3. IT/GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Design marketing materials including posters, flyers, and digital content
➢ Manage company website and social media platforms
➢ Provide IT support and maintain company systems and hardware
➢ Ensure data security and system efficiency
➢ Support digital marketing campaigns and branding initiatives
Requirements:
➢ Minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience in IT support and graphic design
➢ Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
➢ Knowledge of networking, hardware, and system maintenance
➢ Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
➢ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
