Job Summary
We're seeking a driven Hardware Sales Specialist to expand our market presence across Southern Province. You'll spearhead sales initiatives, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our hardware product line (tools, construction materials, industrial supplies). Key Responsibilities
a. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve sales targets for hardware products through proactive client acquisition and account management.
- Ensure timely payment collection and manage accounts receivable.
b. Market Intelligence
- Conduct regular market research to track competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging customer needs.
- Translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
c. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key distributors, retailers, and B2B clients.
- Address client concerns and provide post-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
d. Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in Southern Province.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
e. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with logistics, product teams, and marketing to ensure seamless order fulfillment and promotional alignment.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
- Proven track record in hardware/industrial sales (experience preferred but open to motivated candidates).
- Familiarity with Southern Province’s industrial market dynamics.
- Experience in a hardware company
- Experience in selling roofing sheets
Skills:
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills in English (local language proficiency a plus).
- Ability to analyze data and adapt sales tactics.
- Competitive, results-driven, and resilient in challenging environments.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Southern Province.
